What is Vitiligo?

Vitiligo is white spots of various sizes and shapes all over the skin.

It is a typical depigmented skin disease.

Vitiligo is caused by loss of melanocytes in the skin.

In patients with vitiligo, this melanocyte is partially lost for various reasons, 

resulting in white spots on the skin.

Treatment of vitiligo is not easy.

However, with early and appropriate treatment,

It can prevent progression and improve significantly.

Excimer - It uses a 308nm wavelength laser beam to 

stimulate the migration and proliferation of lost melanocytes.

It has the advantage of being able to irradiate strong energy 

intensively only on the lesion and that it can be treated even in areas 

that are difficult to reach with UV treatment.
